Beautiful home but price is a bit too much for that area. Most of the homes in that area that are 3bd/2bath value under $95,000 which makes $1200/month a bit expensive. But the owner has the right to charge what they like. If the price was about $850/month I'll take it to rent. But $1200, I might as well look to purchase and pay less than $700/month for a mortgage.
This is a beautiful home & I would love to rent it!! I actually seen on another website that it is being offered for $1050/month which isn't bad.
